TENNIS FOR AFRICA AND DUE PONTI SPORTING CLUB
Tennis for Africa feels obliged to the Due Ponti Sporting Club. The collaboration started in 1997, where the then vice president of the association, Lorenzo Turchi, met the brothers Emanuele and Pietro Tornabuoni, owners of the club, to start a charity event that over the years it became significant in the capital as a preview of the Internazionali d'Italia: the tennis stars' trainings open to the spectators. 6 successful editions took place between 1998 and 2002. In the following years further initiatives followed at the club, among which
"A Record for the Solidarity" in 2013 and the fundraising at the Challenger every September.
